本科毕业论文 建设工程造价的计价方法与价格机制研究 专业名称： 年级班级： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 河南理工大学土木工程学院 二○一○年六月十日 摘 要 从建筑产品的生产和经验管理上研究建筑产品与消费的运动规律、工程产品计价形式、计价方法，以工程项目为研究对象，以工程技术、经济、法律和管理为手段，以合理确定和有效控制造价，提高投资效益为目的，研究工程项目在建设全过程中确定和控制工程造价的理论、方法，以及工程造价运动规律。我国工程造价改革的最终目标是建立以市场形成价格为主的价格机制，改革现行的工程定额计价方式，引导企业积极参加市场竞争，政府宏观调控，参考国际惯例制定统一的计价规范，为在招投标中推行全国统一的工程量清单计价办法提供基础。目前正在推行的工程量清单计价办法是鼓励企业尽快制订和完善自己的企业定额体系，自主报价，反映企业个别成本，挖掘企业巨大潜力，从而确定科学合理且符合市场运行规律的建筑产品价格。运用各种经济规律和科学方法，建立完善的符合市场经济规律的计价体系，合理确定和有效控制工程造价。 关键词：工程造价 计价方法 价格机制 市场经济 Abstract From the production and management experience in building products and consumer research movements, engineering products denominated in form, method, the project as the research object, by engineering technical, economic, legal, and management as the means, with reasonable and effective control of cost and improve the benefit of investment, and the research project in construction process and control of engineering cost theory, method, and the engineering cost. The project cost is the ultimate goal of the reform in market price formation of price mechanism, reforming the current engineering, guide quota valuation market competition, the company actively participate in government macro reference to international practices and formulate a unified pricing for bidding, in carrying out the unified national valuation method provides a basis. Currently the valuation method is to encourage enterprises to formulate and improve themselves as the enterprise quota system, quotation, reflect individual cost, the mining enterprise, and enterprise huge potential market operation and scientific and reasonable price of product of law construction. Using a variety of economic law and scientific method, establishes the perfect accord with the rules of market economy system, reasonably determine the valuation and the effective control of the project cost.
