Dat a were recorded in office 2003 Excel and analyzed with SPSS12. 0 by variance.Results ICU nursesw ill of retention in general hospital w as low er than the average in Wenzhou city , especially the nurses with . high professional t itle and t hose highly educated Conclusion The income of ICU nurses should be promoted and the professional development of nurses w ith high professional title and high educat ional diploma should be emphasized by the administrators. Promot ion of humane management will be likely to increase nursing retention.
