This article describes the legal basis for defective product recall system , analyzes the status of defective product recall system , and points out that the grading supervision model is the future development direction. The article gives defective product recall grading supervision model , and introduces the three key processes namely information collection and judge , defective investigation and determination , the defective product recall. Meantime the key work of the defec- tive product recall grading supervision model is analyzed , and the three important links are emphatically re- searched including defective information management platform construction , defects expert team building and risk monitoring and evaluation.
