吉兰－巴雷综合征脑脊液14-3-3蛋白与脑脊液蛋白关系的研究 于丽 [摘要]目的：观察吉兰－巴雷综合征（GBS）脑脊液(CSF)中14-3-3蛋白与脑脊液蛋白在病程中的变化情况，探讨两者是否相关。方法：采用酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)检测45例GBS患者起病后3天内、第1周、第2周、第4周、第12周的脑脊液14-3-3蛋白含量，并同时用罗氏P-800全自动生化分析仪检测脑脊液蛋白含量。观察脑脊液 14-3-3蛋白与脑脊液蛋白是否具有相关性。结果：GBS组在起病3天内、第1周、第2周、第4周、第12周脑脊液14-3-3蛋白含量分别为 （6.312±2.677）ng/ml、（ 8.639±3.544 ）ng/ml、（14.351±6.721）ng/ml、（9.533±3.426）ng/ml、（6.168±2.652）ng/ml，脑脊液蛋白分别为（0.326±0.136）g/l、（0.365±0.132）g/l、（0.651±0.236）g/l、（0.436±0.175）g/l、（0.372±0.168）g/l。GBS组脑脊液 14-3-3蛋白第1周、第2周、第4周高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），GBS组脑脊液蛋白第2周、第4周高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），脑脊液14-3-3蛋白含量与脑脊液蛋白含量存在正相关关系（P＜0.05）。结论：GBS脑脊液中14-3-3蛋白含量的变化可引起脑脊液蛋白含量发生相应变化。 [关键词] 吉兰－巴雷综合征；14-3-3蛋白；脑脊液蛋白；相关性 [中图分类号]R745 [文献标识码]A [文章编号] Relation between 14-3-3 protion and cerebrospinal fluid protein in Guillain-Barre Syndrome YUli.
