According to the survey data, the law and existing prob lem s of farmer entrepreneurshipwere analyzed. Itwas found that the entrepreneurialpeasants have a relatively h igh overall qual- ity, the flexibility and the pursuit of development; the average size of start-up is relatively large, the econom ic effect is good, and dem onstration driving effect is significan;t cooperative econom ic organizations mi prove farm ersbusiness efficiency; w idespread financial bottlenecks, develop- ment plann ing not detailed enough and poorm anagem ent, and so on. Based on th is, several countermeasureswereproposed, such as enlarge the government support, realize farmers to be educated routinization, encourage farmers to set up the undertak ing cooperative econom ic organization aswell as help farm ers to formulate the undertak ing planning and so on.
