Abstract:At present the domestic gurantee industry urgently need to improve the regulatory system.By analyzing the four features of
the overseas regulatory system ,and based on the present situation of domestic gurantee industry regulatory body, legal construction,
information disclosure and credit rating,in order to form the perfect regulatory system of credit guarantee institutions, we should improve the
construction of regulation laws; respectively regulate the policy-based guarantee institutions and the commercial guarantee institutions;
improve the information disclosure and credit rating system; construct the efficient guarantee industry associations.
