摘 要 网游产业在我国的发展已有十年，如今网络游戏产业已经成为文化部创意产业发展的引擎。随着市场竞争的越来越激烈，企业财务管理工作越来越重要，网游企业也不例外。网游企业具有与一般企业不同的经营特征，财务管理工作的特点也不一样。目前在国内外上市融资的网游公司越来越多，在网游企业不断发展的过程中，中小型网游企业由于成本和现金流问题举步维艰，一些上市网游企业也出现了一系列财务管理方面的问题。因此，加强网游企业财务管理十分必要。 本文在分析总结网游公司发展现况和经营特征的基础上，以某网游上市公司为例分析其财务状况，总结网游公司财务管理中存在的问题，并提出改进网游公司财务管理的对策建议，为网游公司改善财务状况，提高财务管理水平，增加市场竞争能力提供参考。 关键词：网游公司；财务管理；现状问题；改进对策 Abstract The development of online games industry in China for ten years, and now the online game industry has become the Ministry of Culture and creative industries development engine.
