“三集五大”管理体系对供电企业管理岗位体系的影响研究 摘 要：本研究在分析“三集五大”管理体系变革趋势的基础上，着重剖析“三集五大”管 理体系对供电企业岗位体系的影响，构建“三集五大”管理体系下供电企业岗位体系的框架 结构，提出供电企业岗位设置的调整策略和实施建议。 本研究阐述了“三集五大”管理体系的相关理论，明确其具体目标，并指出供电企业构 建“三集五大”管理体系的必要性和可行性。在分析供电企业组织架构现状的基础上，指出 其存在的问题，并进一步指出变革和创新管理模式，提高公司核心竞争力的必要性。指出“三 集五大”组织构架的变革趋势，即由“三级法人、五级管理”向“两级法人、三级管理”发 展。分析了“三集五大”组织构架变革对劳动岗位体系的影响，指出在公司总部和省公司层 面分别建立电网规划中心，是“大规划”对劳动岗位体系设置影响较为集中的一项组织构架 变革。根据集约化、专业化、扁平化的原则，参照供电企业的特点及劳动岗位设计的规范方 法，构建适应公司“三集五大”体系要求的岗位体系。具体分析了“三集五大”管理体系下 的三个层次五个方面影响，提出供电企业岗位体系的调整策略。 关键词：供电企业；集约化管理；岗位体系 课题负责人：王丹 李云峰 课题组成员：鲁刚 孙艺新 朱萍 王宇 Study on the influence of position system in power supply enterprises based on the Intensive Management Mode Abstract: The study, based on the changing trends of intensive management system, makes an analysis on the frame structure and the influence on power supply enterprise post system. Therefore it takes on adjustment strategy and the final implementation suggestions for the post settings of the power supply enterprises. Expounding the relative theories on intensive management system and determining the specific goals, to points out the necessity and feasibility of building intensive management system for power supply enterprise.According to the present situation of power supply enterprise structure, further points out the necessity of enhancing the company’s core competitive power.Pointing out the change trend of organizational structure, namely: changing from three legal persons and five management levels to two legal persons and three management levels.Analyzing the influences on labor post system, and pointing out that the concentrated organizational structure changes is establishing the planning center of power grid from the following aspects: the headquarters of the company and the provincial company.Expounding the frame structure of power supply enterprise post sy
