Compared with other online analytical instruments,the (Focused Photonics (HangZhou) Inc., quadrupole MS had the advantages of real-time and online detection of multi-component,high Zhejiang 310052) sensitivity,good stability and wide dynamic range. This article described the working prin- ciple and analytical method of quadrupole MS and verified the concentration of components during the technology of methanol production from coke oven gas.The accuracy and stability fully met the technological requirements. The successful application of quadrupole MS great- ly improved the efficiency of the technology of methanol production from coke oven gas.
