中国社区报的运作特点及前景分析.pdf

摘 要 社区报，在中国报业界，是个新词儿，也是近几年来比较热门的话题之一，出 于竞争突围的需要，各大报纸或推出独立发行的社区报，或开辟社区新闻版；有业 者认为，社区报是中国报业未来发展的方向之一。 社区报来源于西方，其在西方社会的发展和兴盛与西方的经济、社会、文化条 件有关。中国报业近几年来社区报实践，受制于同时也得益于中国独特的经济、社 会、文化条件，这些条件的合力必将塑造中国社区报的独特面貌。 本文旨在描述西方社区报的理论和实践，勾勒中国社区报的发展概况，同时重 点以《法制晚报社区周刊》和《人文月坛》报为例阐述了社区报的内容策略和功能 定位，并提出了现阶段制约我国社区报进一步发展的内外部因素。并由此得出结论： 社区报是符合发展规律的新生事物，现在虽然还处在初期的探索阶段，但是发展前 景是光明的。 关键词：社区；社区报；运作特点 3 Abstraet Community newspaper is both a new and a hot topic in Chinese Press Industry in recent years. To survive fierce competition ， metropolis newspapers have either issued new Community newspaper or at least have some “Community news” sections. Some Professionals argue that community newspaper is one of the trends in Chinese Press industry. Community newspapers originally came from the West. Its development and popularity in Western society has something to do with the unique economic ，social and cultural conditions. Similarly ，the recent emerging Community newspaper practice in China benefits from ,at the sametime is limited by, Chinese unique economic，social and cultural conditions. These factors altogether will eventually mold the unique appearance of Chinese Community newspaper.
