人民大学学生创新人格模型的构建及学生与国有企业各维度得分的差异研究.pdf

中文摘要 随着科技的发展和竞争的加剧，创新对国家竞争力的作用越来越明显，甚 至起决定作用。大学生作为创新的中坚力量，建设创新型国家的生力军，承载 着国家和社会发展的历史使命。鉴于此，在明确大学生创新理论和基本原则的 基础上，本文致力于大学生创新人格模型的构建研究，以期为高校进一步推进 教育创新和提高大学生的创新能力提供借鉴，进而促进创新教育的发展和创新 人才的不断涌现。 本文构建了人民大学学生创新人格模型，利用因子分析法证实了该模型由 15 项指标构成，分属 5 个维度，即突破性维度、认知性维度、知识性维度、耐 受性维度和能力性维度；同时，本文证明了国有企业是人民大学学生就业的首 选，由于现有文献没有将学生创新现状与企业现状进行比较，本文既收集了学 生在各维度的自评得分，又收集了国有企业在各维度的测评得分，利用独立样 本 t 检验的方法，证实了二者除了在“突破性维度”和“认知性维度”上的评 分没有显著差异之外，国有企业在其他各维度的分数均明显高于学生自评分数， 从而据此对学校教学的改革提出了参考意见。 关键词：创新人格模型构建；国有企业；差距研究 2 Abstract With the development of technology and increased competition ，innovation plays increasingly prominent even decisive role on the competitiveness of a country. College students as the backbone of innovation and reinforcements of building innovative country carry the historical mission of national and social development. Because of this ，based on the theoretical basis and fundamental principles of the innovative capability， this thesis aims at the construction research on the innovation model of college students. With a view to providing reference to further advancing college education innovation and enhancing the innovative capability ，thereby promoting the innovative education development and innovative talents emerged. The thesis constructs an innovation model with multi-dimensions of RUC students. According to the result of factor analysis, the model contains 15 indicators which belong to 5 dimensions. These 5 dimensions are Breaking Dimension, Cognition Dimension, Knowledge Dimension, Enduring Dimension and Capability Dimension.
