摘 要 股票指数的存在是为了刻画市场系统风险和反映股票市场的总体变动趋势， 使得人们可以根据股票指数的涨跌对股市的走势做出合理预期，确定投资策略。 但是目前大部分普通投资者所参考的上证综合指数的“失真”现象却越来越严 重，例如人们所说的“二八现象”，“只赚指数不赚钱”都说明了上证综指的投 资可参考性已经越来越小。 这种“失真”会影响股票市场的正常有序发展，一 方面，上证综指的“失真”误导投资者的技术分析，使其做出偏离事实甚至是 错误的决定；另一方面，指数失真会严重误导市场监管，甚至误导政府决策。 所以对上证综合指数进行修正是很有现实意义的。 股票指数的计算在于两方面：权数的设置和成份股的选择。本文的重点在于 对权数的设置进行调整。现行的上证综指的计算方法中，权数是个股的发行总 股本，即只考虑了市场容量，这样的权数设置是比较粗糙的。本文在权数的计 算上将流动性，行业分散性也考虑进去，将权数设置成为一个关于流动性、市 场容量及行业分散性三个因素的先验函数。但是由于这三个因素并没有直接的 变量可以衡量，因此，本文选择一些代理变量来对这些因素进行衡量。 利用本文的方法计算2007年5月30日至 2007年10月16日期间的上证综 合指数，通过与原先的上证综指的比较，本文的计算方法能更好地反映股市的 真实走势。 关键词：上证综指 流动性 市场容量 行业分散性 I Abstract Stock index is used to indicate the risk of stock market and measure stock market as a whole. As a consequence, the investors can make investment strategies based on stock index. But now the distortion phenomenon of Shanghai Composite Index has become more and more serious, which is reported by many published and referred as the phenomenon of two-eight” and good index performance does not mean making money”. In this situation, the Shanghai Composite index doesn’t fully characterize market any more. This distortion “phenomenon would affect the normal and orderly development of the stock market. On the one hand, the distortion of the Shanghai Composite Index will mislead the technical analysis of investors, they may make a departure from the facts or even make a wrong decision. On the other hand, index distortion will seriously misguide the market supervision, or even mislead the decision of the economic policies.
