新能源汽车发展的经济学分析.pdf

摘 要 汽车产业是我国国民经济的支柱产业之一，意义重大，其发展只能推进， 不容放弃；与此同时，全球面临严峻的能源和环境形势，汽车产业首当其冲。 但新能源技术日趋成熟，从技术上展示了汽车产业的一个新的发展领域。我们 要抓住这次机会，调动各方面的资源，实现我国汽车产业的跨越式发展。 在这一思路的指导之下，本文作如下安排：第一章主要用相关的数据凸显 出汽车产业在国民经济中的支柱地位，以说明汽车产业是一个不容我们放弃， 而需要我们不断加强发展的关键行业；第二章从能源和环境两方面揭示传统能 源汽车在目前和未来一段时期内所面临的困难；第三章介绍当前车用能源技术 和汽车动力系统技术的发展状况；接下来在第四章当中结合第三章介绍的车用 能源技术和动力系统技术的发展状况，对第一、二两章所呈现的汽车产业发展 困境从技术角度做一个回应，明确指出大力发展新能源汽车和节能环保型汽车 是我国汽车产业实现跨越式发展的必然选择；接下来我们在第五章主要从政府 的角度讨论了在这一轮主要集中在汽车行业中的能源利用结构调整中，政府所 能扮演的角色和发挥的作用；最后是一个简短的总结。 关键词：汽车产业；能源；环境；新能源；创新；政府 2 Abstract Automotive industry is one of the main departments in China. For its importance, we should do our best to promote its development; at the same time, the world has faced serious energy resource and environment situation. But energy-saving and environment friendly technologies have been becoming maturity. It is an opportunity for us to make our auto industry have a huge development. In the guild of this thought, the paper consists six parts, namely preference status and role of auto and related industries in national economy; core problem and challenge facing energy-saving, environment friendly technologies of china auto industry; trends of vehicle technology and vehicle power system development; the influence of energy-saving and environment-protecting to auto industry; role of governments in technology innovation and auto industry development.
