经济危机下软件外包企业人力资源管理问题分析 ——以上海中和软件有限公司为例.pdf

摘 要 人力资源是企业最重要的资产。相较于传统产业,随着全球化浪潮兴起的服 务外包产业,更依靠于人力资源。服务外包产业由于其本身的特点,外向型程度较 高,受外部经济环境影响很大。软件外包产业属于典型的服务外包产业,因此在此 次经济危机中也受到了巨大的冲击。本论文通过在经济危机这一特殊的外部环 境下分析软件外包企业的人力资源管理,希望为软件外包企业, 服务外包产业可 持续的发展提供建议。 本论文首先分析了软件外包整体的特性及经济危机对软件外包企业的影 响。然后,针对一般软件外包企业的共同问题提出应对经济危机的对策及分析。 认为人力资源管理的对策应具备有理、有利、有节的原则,还需特别注意对策的 时效性。最后以上海中和软件有限公司作为实例, 分析企业应对经济危机所采取 的各项对策,提出提升策略。通过对软件外包企业的分析,延伸至整个服务外包产 业,认为成熟的人力资源管理应当适应各种环境变化,采取的对策措施应该适时, 适当,有人性化,为有持续性的发展打下基础。 关键词：经济危机；人力资源管理；软件外包；时效性 1 Abstract Human resources are the most valuable assets of an enterprise. Comparing with the traditional industries, human resources are even more heavily relied upon by the services outsourcing industry, which has been growing up with the trend of globalization. Services outsourcing industry, due to its own characters, is an industry which has a high-level exposure to external environment, and is affected severely by the external economic environment. Software outsourcing industry is a typical services outsourcing industry. Therefore, it is critically affected by this economic crisis. The purpose of this thesis is to provide suggestions as to the continuing development of software outsourcing industry and services outsourcing industry, through the analysis on the human resource management under the uncommon external environment of economic crisis. This thesis first analyzes the overall characters of software outsourcing and the impacts of the economic crisis on the software outsourcing enterprises.
