摘要 摘 要 为了快速适应经济全球化的发展，跨国公司不得不逐步建立起国际化的生产 战略，以便充分利用不同国家和地区在生产要素成本、物流、资源和市场等方面 的优势。跨国公司在国际化经营过程中进行生产模式转移时，虽然面临着重大机 遇，但同时也存在严峻的挑战。由于内外部环境的变化，跨国公司在进行生产模 式转移的过程中难免会遇到很多障碍。本文运用理论分析、案例分析等研究方法， 以跨国公司国际化经营中生产模式转移为研究对象，对生产模式国际转移的必要 性、转移过程中遇到的障碍，和应当采取的策略等问题进行了研究。 首先，在对前人有关生产模式国际转移的研究进行梳理和归纳的基础上，结 合相关理论，论述了国际化经营中必须伴随生产模式的转移； 随后，分析了生产模式国际转移过程中遇到的主要障碍：与传统生产模式的 冲突、企业文化的差异、员工的认识误区、供应链不匹配等；并通过丰田生产模 式在华应用案例分析了跨国公司采取的应用策略及取得的成效。 最后总结了上述应用策略的可行性，并指出在实施过程中仍存在困难，对企 业如何克服这些困难、推动生产模式的有效转移提出建议。 关键词：国际化经营、生产模式转移、丰田生产模式 Abstract Abstract In order to adapt to the development of economic globalization quickly, transnational companies have to establish an international production strategies gradually to take full advantage of the cost factors of production, logistics, resources and market of various countries and regions. Transnational companies conducted transformation of producing modes, while faced with significant opportunities accompanied with serious challenges. For the change of internal and external environment, transnational companies will inevitably encounter many obstacles in the process of transformation. Through theoretical analysis, case study and other research methods, this paper studied on the necessity of the international transfer of producing modes, the obstacles encountered in the process, and the strategies should be taken, with focus on the multinational companies operating in the international transfer of producing modes.
