城市竞争力综合评价与实证分析.pdf

要 21 世纪是经济全球化迅猛发展的新时代，也是城市发展和竞争的新世纪。城 市在国家和地区发展中的重要性日益增强，城市间的竞争日趋激烈。城市竞争力 已成为当前世界各国关注的焦点。面对共同的机遇和挑战，各城市政府迫切需要 了解其城市的发展现状，正确评价城市优势、不足和发展潜力，构建城市发展模 式，以争取最快速的发展，进而提升城市竞争力。 论文首先介绍了国内外关于城市竞争力研究的情况，在借鉴以前的研究成果 的基础上，本文对城市竞争力的概念和本质进行了概括；其次，建立了城市竞争 力评价指标体系，全面和客观的反应了目前城市竞争力的状况：该指标体系确定 了总量、质量、流量三大系统，包括经济实力、金融实力、人力资源及科教水平、 政府实力、发展水平、产业结构、服务设施、社会环境、城市实物及对外资金流 量、信息流量等方面。在对几个方面指标进行细分后，进一步确定了30 个一级评 价指标。在此基础上， 用因子分析法和聚类分析法对城市竞争力现状进行综合 评价，并运用数据包络分析法对城市竞争力进行了有效性评价。文章最后以实证 研究与理 研究相结合、定量分析与定性分析相结合的方式，对中部六省会城市 竞争力进行了实证分析，根据实证分析结果，进而系统地提出提升中部六省会城 市竞争力的战略路径。 论文重点突出了以下两方面的特点：（1）结合城市竞争力的内涵和研究模型， 在指标体系设计原则及数据的可获得性和可操作性的基础上，改善了城市竞争力 的评价指标体系框架。（2）把中部六省会城市作为城市竞争力的实证范畴。对其 进行现状综合评价以及有效性综合评价，得出自己的结论。 关键词：城市竞争力 指标体系 评价方法 实证分析 1 Abstract The 21st century are the economical globalization swift and violent development new times，also are urban development and the competition new century.
