要 信息时代的到来使各行各业的信息管理工作发生了巨大变化。一方面计算机 技术和网络技术的迅速发展，为信息管理系统的发展和完善不断提供着新的技术 手段，另一方面，伴随着这些技术及社会生产力的发展，信息管理的方式也不断 地迈向信息化和网络化，推动着信息技术在管理信息系统开发的应用。 为了充分利用网络资源，整合学校信息，提高学校的管理水平和档次，本文 构建了基于C/S 模式的江西财经大学毕业生就业管理信息系统。其主要内容如下： （1）通过分析比较不同开发方法、开发模式及其特点，讨论了以 Delphi 技 术构建基于C/S 模式的江西财经大学毕业生就业管理信息系统的有关技术问题。 （2）构建系统各功能模块，重点对学生就业管理模块进行了详细设计和实现。 并提供对数据库的查询、添加、修改、删除等操作来实现学校就业信息的网上管 理。 本系统建成后，经过一段时间的试运行，基本上实现了设计目标。 关键词：C/S 模式、Delphi 技术、毕业生管理、就业、管理信息系统 1 Abstract The times of information brings huge change to the information management of all trades and professions. On one side, the quick development of computer and Internet technologies are continuously offering new technical means to the development of information management system. On the other side, along with the development of these technologies and society productive forces, the way of information management is continuously becoming more informative and natives, and pushing the applying of these technologies to the development of information management system. In order to fully use Internet resources, to integrate those information that are dispersed originally in various departments of school, to improve school management level, this article develops information management system of ji angxi university of finance and economics based on C/S model. The main contents of this article include: 1 .After analyzing and comparing of different development methods, models and their specialties, the paper discusses concerning technical problems in constructing school information management system by Delphi based on C/S model. 2.
