要 ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning ，企业资源计划)是信息技术和企业管理思想 结合的产物。通过对ERP 的全面实施，企业可以实现对相关资源的集成及周密计 划，实现企业管理的整体优化、最佳的客户服务和经济效益。随着信息技术的发 展，ERP 对企业提高运营效率和管理水平，乃至提升整体竞争力的作用日益突出。 目前，信息化浪潮在中国“风起云涌”，许多软件开发商已把战略目标由传统 MIS 的开发向ERP 产品转变。同时，国内制造业企业也越来越重视以信息化技术 改造传统产业，其中ERP 项目实施是重要内容之一。为了使ERP 在我国的企业中 达到理想的效果，对ERP 理论及所关键技术的应用进行研究具有重要意义。 本论文以鑫新实业股份有限公司 （以下简称“鑫新公司”）ERP 项目实例出发， 在首先对ERP 内涵、理论及关键技术进行阐述的基础上，从理论和实践的角度阐 明其ERP 系统概要设计，建立了一套有效的ERP 实施方案， 了鑫新公司实现 ERP 系统管理的可行性，明确了ERP 技术将改善公司传统运营模式，有利长远发 展。同时以生产计划部为例，对ERP 关键技术的应用进行研究，对ERP 在物料需 求计划部分应如何做好零部件物料清单管理和如何将具体算法与原理相结合进行 了分析，为鑫新公司ERP 的实施奠定了基础，更为重要的是，对采用信息化技术 提高企业竞 能力有着重要实践意义。 关键词：ERP 鑫新公司 1 Abstract ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is the product of information technology and enterprise management spirit ．Through the totally practicing of ERP ，the enterprises will be able to actualize the following purposes：collecting the relavance information， planning closely，integrating the enterprise management ，providing the best customer services and ensuring the economic profits ．With the development of information technology，the effects of increasing manamgement efficacy，manamgement level and increasing theintegrative competencies will become more and more obviously． In present China ，informationization has become more and more popular.
