要 本文旨在通过对台州市农业银行零售业务转型路径的探索，寻找台州农行零 售业务发展的突破口，培育台州农行零售业务核心竞争力。首先，从宏观经济金 融环境、竞争能力、零售业务现状分析了台州农行零售业务转型的必要 ，从现 有竞争对手、潜在竞争对手、替代者、供方和买方五个方面详细地分析台州农行 的综合竞争力。其次，通过对零售银行业务转型的基础理论研究，为台州农行零 售业务转型寻求理论支持，本文在零售业务转型路径选择之前，对影响台州市农 业银行零售业务转型的环境和因素进行分析。在此基础上，提出台州市农行实施 零售业务转型的路径：战略转型、理念转型、流程转型、网点转型、管理转型。 关键词：商业银行 零售业务 业务转型 研究 1 Abstract This article aims to explore the transformation of retail business of the Agricultural Bank of Taizhou, looking for a breakthrough in the retail business development for the Agricultural Bank of Taizhou, cultivating core competitiveness of retail business. First of all, the paper analyzed necessity of transformation of retail business from the aspects of macro-economic financial environment, competitive capacity and present situation of retail business. From the five aspects of existing competitor, the potential competition match, the replacer, the supplier and the buyer, the paper analyzed in detail the comprehensive competitive power of the Taizhou Agricultural bank. Secondly, through the basic theoretical research of transformation of retail business, the paper seeks the theory support for Taizhou Agricultural bank retail business transformation. Before choosing the way of retail business transformation, this article analyzed Taizhou Agricultural bank retail business environment and influential factors. On this basis, the paper proposed the path of the Agricultural Bank of Taizhou retail business transformation: strategic transformation, the idea of restructuring, transformation process, branch transformation, managing transitions.
