要 农村合作金融组织是我国 村经济发展的重要支持力量，改革业务及管理有 了长足的发展。目前我国 村合作银行在产权制度改革、法人治理结构、民主管 理和抵押贷款等方面还存在不少问题，离机制灵活、管理先进的现代化银行还存 在很大的差距。本文剖析了我国农村合作银行存在的这些问题，并借鉴欧洲和日 本农村合作银行的发展经验，对如何推进我国农村合作银行的发展进行了思考。 本文在引言部分指出了选题的背景与意义、国内外的相关研究成果、本文的结构 与思路、本文的创新和不足。正文分三章:第一章是合作金融的理论分析，详细介 绍合作金融的定义、特点及组织形式；第二章是我国 村合作银行的发展现状及 趋势，详细介绍我国农村合作银行的背景、发展历程、现状及趋势；第三章是国 外农村合作银行的发展经验借鉴，其中包括了欧洲和日本的农村合作银行；第四 章是完善我国农村合作银行发展的对策，分别从外部和内部两个方面阐释了一系 列措施。 关键词：农村合作银行 发展现状 趋势 1 Abstracts Rural co-operative financial organization is an important force in support of Chinas rural economic development, since the policy of reform and opening up, its management and businesses has grown by leaps and bounds.At present, there are many problems for the rural cooperative bank in China in the reform of property relations, the structure of corporate governance, democratic management and mortgage. there is still a great distance to the realization of modern bank, which is flexible and advanced in management. This paper analyses the problems existing in the rural cooperative bank in China. And by referring the experiences of European and Japan Rural co-operative bank, we consider on the measure of advancing the development of the rural cooperative bank in China. In the introduction of this paper ,there are scope and significance of the research,related research at home and abroad，the content and methods of the research, as well as innovative and inadequate of this paper.
