Abstract of Thesis Great Puji ang Supermarket is a retail organization, retail industry become more and more competitive. Customers require more richer goods, lower price, good shopping environment and better service. Great Puji ang first bring the super shopping idea to China, how to improve organization s performance, provide better service for customers and provide more development opportunities for employee is the ongoing problem that Great Pujing HR is studying. Performance management is the additive to promote Human Resources management to develop and is the important method to strengthen organization core competitiveness. Therefore, strengthening performance management will benefit organization , as well as management level and all employee. However, the current performance management method is a little weak, neither from introduction and implementation, from theoretical foundation and retail industry experience. Then, under this background, helping organization to research and launch performance management system has very important realistic meaning. This paper , guided by performance management theory home and abroad, according to Great Puji ang s practical situation and analyze problems within each aspect of performance management system, propose how to optimize Great Puji ang s performance management system from four aspects, reconstruction KPI system, performance appraisal software, link performance management to rewards and performance management training program. This paper analyze main factors which will influence performance management implementation and draw a conclusion that this program will be effective.
