Abstract Administration is crucial to the rise and fall of the Party school. The first-rate Party school must have the first-rate administration, and the first-rate administration is essential to the high-quality teaching and research. The thoughts on strategic administration are suited not only to the profitable organization but also to the unprofitable organization. With the development of the economic society and innovation, and with the incisive change of the strategic environment where the Party school is located, the problems of strategy and its administration are haunting our Party school deeply. This thesis uses the theory and practice of enterprise strategic administration for refrence, depends on the theory of strategic administration for unprofitable organization, mainly uses the Five Strength Model of Port and the SWOT Theory, analyses the opportunities, threats, advantage and disadvantage that the Party school of Wenzhou Municipal Party Committee is faced with, discusses the strategy and its administraton, tries to construct the theory of strategy and its administration for the municipal Party school, and focuses the discussion on how to improve the scientific administration for strategy of the Party school of Wenzhou Municipal Party Committee. This thesis carries out the research on the strategic administration in the following respects. Firstly, it gives a brief account of strategy and its administration, discusses the fundamental conception , feature, content , meaning and principles which should be followed of strategy and its administration. It believes that the process of strategic administration is a both scientific and logical process, which mainly includes strategic analysis, strategic choice, and strategic implement etc.
