摘 要 企业是经济系统的基本构成，中小企业作为企业群落中的绝大多数，其发展 和稳定对于整个国民经济的发展具有重要的意义。本文采用理论研究与实证研究 相结合的研究方法，对中小企业理论相关研究的回顾与整理，对中小企业这一经 济组 形式进行探讨。在此基础上，以安徽大中方工程机械有限公司为例，提炼 出中小企业成长策略。在理论上，梳理了中小企业成长的理论基础；在实践上， 为我国，尤其是安徽省芜湖市中小企业发展提供宏观政策建议和微观行动指导。 关键词：中小企业；成长因素；企业能力理论 1 Abstract The enterprise is the economic systems basic element. As the majority of the enterprise community, the development and stability of the medium-sized and small enterprises is of great significance to the entire national economy. Combining theoretical research with empirical study, the author reviews and sorts of relating research to small and medium-sized enterprises to explore this form of economic organization. Based on this, takes Da Zhongfang engineering machinery Ltd. Anhui Province as the example, extracts the growth strategy for small and medium-sized enterprises. Theoretically, this author combs theoretical foundation for the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises; in practice, this article provides macro-level policy recommendations and micro-guide to action for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, especially in Wuhu City, Anhui Province.
