要 国际铝产业环境快速变化，国内电解铝产业如火如荼，认清我国电解铝产业 的现状，通过产业组织理 的市场结构、市场行为和市场绩效的分析方法对电解 铝产业进行全面分析，提出改善电解铝产业结构，建立规避产业投资风险机制， 促进我国电解铝产业前向整合。 本文以近几年 我国电解铝销售收入、产量、需求量及潜在产能等数据为基 础，运用市场集中度对我国电解铝投资的市场结构特点进行分析，在所处的市场 环境下，按照市场结构、市场行为和市场绩效的SCP 理论分析框架，得出我国电 解铝投资市场的运行效率是低效的，甚至是过度的重要结论，并分析了形成的原 因，提出了促进和改善市场绩效的政策建议。 本文在分析我国电解铝产业的现状基础上，对我国电解铝产业过度投资的原 因、所有制结构、产业结构和市场结构及其产业绩效进行了分析，由此，对我国 电解铝产业的发展提出几点思考，指出了产业组织结构与绩效的有机联系和产业 组织结构的优化方向。 关键词：电解铝产业 市场结构 市场行为 市场经济绩效 1 Abstract Being in a changeable international environment, the domestic aluminum industry grows like a raging fire. Seeing through to the present conditions of the aluminum industry, the article uses the structure of market, the market behavior and the market performance methods of industrial organization theory to analyze the electrolytic aluminum industry comprehensively, it brings forward to improve the structure of aluminum industry and build up the mechanism to elude the industry investment risk, thus to accelerate the forward direction conformity of the domestic aluminum industry. This paper took the data of the sales revenue, the output, the quantity demanded and the potential productivity of the domestic electrolytic aluminum in recent years into consideration, uses the degree of concentration of market to analyze the characteristics of the market structure. Under the market environment, this study elicits the conclusion of the ineffectuality even overdo of the effect of electrolytic aluminum industry in our country according to the market structure, the market behavior and the SCP technical analysis frame.
