新型明弧硬面药芯焊丝研制

摘要 : 研制出了新型明弧硬面药芯焊丝 ,堆焊层的显微组织为马氏体加少量残余奥氏体 ,在马氏体上弥散分
布着细小的碳化物 、氮化物和碳氮化物质点. 试验结果表明:新型明弧硬面药芯焊丝堆焊层的结合强度高 ,有
良好的耐磨性能、抗疲劳裂纹和剥落性能. 堆焊层的硬度为 51～53HRC ,堆焊层硬度不均匀性为 ±1. 5HRC.

Abstract : A new t ype of hardfacing flux cored wire for open arc welding has been developed. The mi
crostructures of hardfacing metal consisted of martensite and a little residual austenite , and a great of fine
carbide phases , nitride phases and carbonitride phases spread out in martensite. The measured results
showed that this new type had high value of joint stren gth , and hardfacing metal of this type had excellent
properties of wear resistance , resistance fatigue crack and resistance peel. The hardness values of hardfacing
metal are 51～53 HRC , and the deviation in hardness of hardfacing metal was about ±1. 5 HRC.
