摘 要 继2008年金融危机之后，全球经济正在进行二次探底，世界经济发展模式和 格局正在发生深刻变化，国内外政府都采取各种措施对产业结构进行战略性调 整。而广东省正处于加快转型升级、调整产业结构的关键时刻，必需大力发展战 略性新兴产业。鉴于此，在梳理和分析战略性新兴产业的相关文献的基础上，为 广东省发展战略性新兴产业提供理论指导。然后文章结合广东省战略性新兴产业 的发展现状，总结广东省战略性新兴产业的发展特点，接着利用2011年全国19 个地区的战略性新兴产业相关上市公司的数据进行实证分析，用因子分析的方法 从财务指标非财务可量化指标的分析视觉检验各地相关上市公司的运营水平，并 分析其他的一些影响因素，用SWOT分析矩阵总结广东省发展战略性新兴产业的优 劣势，综合评价广东省战略性新兴产业竞争力。最后在前文分析的基础上提出促 进广东省战略性新兴产业发展的对策和建议。这对广东省科学判断对手，率先抢 占科技制高点，谋求经济主动发展权，形成长远竞争优势，继续当好经济社会排 头兵具有一定的实践指导意义。 关键字：战略性新兴产业；转型升级；因子分析；SWOT I Abstract After the financial crisis in 2008, the global economy is exploring the bottom the second time, and the development mode and pattern of the world economy is changing profoundly. As a result, all the governments are adjusting the industrial structure strategically. At present, Guangdong province is at the key moment when the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure adjustment is speed ing up. Guangdong province has to develop Strategic emerging industry vigorously. This essay will review and analyze the literature about the strategic emerging industry firstly, and then provide the theoretical guidance for Guangdong province to promote the development of the strategic emerging industry.
