论 文 摘 要 世界卫生组织 （WHO ）在其宪章中对健康做出了如下定义：“健康不仅仅是 没有疾病或不虚弱，而是身体的、精神的健康和社会适应良好的总称”。这一定 义，突破了对健康认识的传统模式，把人体的健康与生理的、心理的和社会的关 系紧密结合起来，拓展了健康的认识空间，更加注重个体在现实社会中的存在状 态。学校健康教育是健康教育的重要组成部分，是以学校为主导，家长为次导， 社会加以辅助，以传授健康知识、建立卫生行为、改善环境为核心内容的教育。 即通过有有计划、有组织、有系统的教育活动，促使学生具有追求健康的愿望， 养成良好的生活习惯和健康的生活方式，消除或降低危险因素，降低发病率、伤 残率和死亡率，提高生活质量，并对教育效果做出评价，是一种有明确目标或目 的的教育活动。 上海市普陀区位于上海中心城区，是上海市的中心城区之一，其教育事 业的发展，也是有目共睹。上海市闵行区位于上海市西南部，是上海市最靠近市 中心的郊区之一。本文选取这两个区去的高中进行调查健康教育课程实施现状， 具有区域意义。从城区与郊区高中学校健康教育课程实施现状的分析研究，反映 出上海市高中健康教育实施现状，并进行分析，提出相应的观点和建议，对上海 市学校健康教育的发展提供帮助。 关键词：上海市普陀区，闵行区，高中，健康教育课程，现状 ABSTRACT World Health Organization (WHO) on health in its charter to make the following definition: Health is not just absence of disease or infirmity, but the physical, mental health, and social good general.
