Sci .2008 ,36(30) :13261- 13262 责任编辑 李菲菲 责任校对 张士敏 对夜来香生物活性的研究 * 祝尧荣, 金 阳 ( 绍兴文理学院生命科学学院, 浙江绍兴312000) 摘要 [ 目的] 为研制和开发夜来香源绿 色农药、夜来香多功能产品提供依据 。[ 方法] 采 用超 声波提取获得夜来 香 乙醇提取 液, 研 究提 取液对果蝇的熏蒸作 用、驱避作 用和触杀作 用。[ 结果] 果蝇在夜来香乙醇提取液和夜来香稀溶液 中经过1 h 的熏蒸, 全部死去, 说 明夜 来香 乙醇提取液和夜来香稀溶液对果蝇有较好 的驱避作 用,30 min 内驱避 效果达 100 % 。夜来 香稀溶液和 夜来香 乙醇提取液对 果蝇的 触杀作用都很弱, 触杀效果仅为 10 % 。在 受到夜来香 乙醇提取液和夜来香稀溶液的熏蒸时, 果蝇有局促不安的症状, 并渐渐失去 活力直 至死亡,30 min 内熏蒸效果达100 % 。[ 结论] 夜来香对果蝇有较好 的熏蒸作 用和驱避作 用, 但触杀作用较弱。 关键词 夜来香; 驱避作 用; 熏蒸作 用; 触杀作 用 中图分类号 S58 文献标识码 A 文章编号 0517 - 6611( 2008) 30 - 13261- 02 Study on Biological Activity of Cestr u m noctur nu m Linn ZHU Yao-rong et al ( College of Life Sciences ,Shaoxi ng College of Arts and Science , Shaoxing , Zhej iang 312000) Abstract [ Obj ective] The study was to provide the basis for the development and exploitation of the green pesticides of Cestru m nocturnu m Linn source and the multi-f unctional products of C . nocturnum . [ Method] The ethanol- extracts of C . noctur nu m .was obtai ned with ultrasonic wave extraction , and the effects of fumigation , repellent and contact toxicity of the extracts on drosophila were studied . [ Result ] After the drosophilas were fumigated by ethanol- extracts and dilute solution of C . noctur nu mfor 1 h , they were all dead , which indicated that the ethanol- extracts and dilute solution of C . noc- tur num had better repellent effects on drosophila and the repellent effects reached 100 % in 30 min . The contact action of dilute sol ution and ethanol- ex- tracts of C . nocturnumon drosophila were all weak and the contact action only was 10 % . When drosophilas were fumigated by ethanol - extracts and dilute solution of C . nocturnum, they had e mbarrassed . sympto mand then gradually lost activity until died , andthe fumigation effect reached 100
