朱金水等　氧化苦参碱对肝纤维化患者 IL6 、IL8 、IL10 水平影响　第 3 期 1·91 · ·中医中药与免疫· 氧化苦参碱对肝纤维化患者 IL6 、IL8 、IL10 水平影响① 朱金水 　朱 　励 　余小虎 　俞华芳 　达 　炜 (上海交通大学附属第六人民医院消化科 ,上海 200233) 　　中国图书分类号 　R503 　　文献标识码 　A 　　文章编号 　1000484X( 2003) [摘 　要] 　目的 :探讨氧化苦参碱对肝纤维化患者血清 IL6 、IL8 、IL10 水平影响。方法 :采用 ELISA 法分别测定肝纤维 化患者治疗前后的 IL6 、IL8 、IL10 水平。结果 :肝纤维化病人的 IL6 、IL8 水平较正常对照组显著升高、IL10 水平则较正常对 照组显著降低。采用氧化苦参碱治疗 3 月后肝功能好转者 IL6 、IL8 水平较治疗前有显著降低 ,IL10 水平升高 ,但无显著差 异。结论 :IL6 、IL8 、IL10 水平与肝纤维化患者预后相关 ,其血清水平可作为判断肝纤维化患者预后的指标之一 ,氧化苦参碱 对肝纤维化有抑制作用。 [ 关键词] 　肝纤维化 ; 白介素6 ; 白介素8 ; 白介素10 Influence of matrine on serum levels of IL6 , IL8 , IL10 in patients with liver fibrosis ZHU JinShui , ZHU Li , YU XiaoHu et al . Affiliated Shanghai Sixth People Hospital , Shanghai Communicatiy Univrsity , Shanghai 200233 , China [ Abstract ] 　Objective :To study the influence of matrine on serum levels of IL6 ,IL8 ,IL10 in patients with liver fibrosis. Methods :60 patients with liver fibrosis were divided into two groups ,hepatic function of 34 patients was aggravated and 26 cases were restored or near to normal levels after oral matrine therapy for three months. serum levels of IL6 ,IL8 ,IL10 were measured by ELISA methods in all these pa tients before and after therapy and 60 healthy subjects. Results :The serum levels of IL6 ,IL8 ,IL10 of patients with liver fibrosis were signifi cantly higher than healthy subjects. The serum levels of IL6 ,IL8 in aggravated hepatic function group after therapy were significantly higher than the levels before the therapy ,the serum levels of IL10 was higher than the level before therapy ,but there was no significant difference be tween them. and there was no significant difference of serum levels of IL6 ,IL8 in restored normal hepatic function group after therapy ,but the serum level of IL10 was significantly higher than the level before therapy in this group.Conclus
