Abstract : The E ucational Foun ation generally refers to the non-government an non-profit social interme iary or-
ganization, which aims at fun ing the e ucational public service, whose fun s is manage by the trustees or the boar of
irectors. Tracing back to the history an the features of some foreign E ucational Foun ations, the article analyzes the
present situation, the tren of eveloping an existing problems of China. s E ucational Foun ation, an puts forwar
some suggestions about establishing an perfecting the managerial mo el an operational mechanism in China.
