摘 要 改革开放以来，中国实际利用外商直接投资已经超过了 6000 亿美元， 在过去20 多年的引资过程中，外商直接投资对中国的国际收支确实产生了影 响，而在这些影响中，对经常账户收支的影响无疑占据了主要地位。外商直 接投资对经常账户的影响实际上是外资企业行为的结果，而不仅仅是通过资 本流动实现的。 在具体理论指导下，本文利用 FDI 流量、劳动力成本、汇率、市场规模、 开放程度及 GDP 增长等相关的板面数据，对贸易账户收支进行相关性分析， 从而得到 FDI 对中国贸易收支的影响程度；借鉴国际经验，分析 FDI 利润汇 回对中国收益账户的影响。 中国20 世纪 90 年代之后经常账户贸易项目的顺差（1993 年除外）并不 能完全看作是 FDI 的贡献，而只能归结为经济增长和国内总体出口能力增长 的贡献。中国对外直接投资与吸引外国直接投资之间长期严重失衡，吸引外 资的规模远远超过对外直接投资的规模，是造成中国投资收益账户逆差的原 因。 关键词：外商直接投资、经常账户收支、贸易账户、收益账户、影响 I Abstract Since reform and open policy , our country had actually used the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) surpassing 600 billion US Dollars. During the past more than 20 years of capital bring-in procedure, the FDI has truly had the influence to our countrys international payment balance. And among these influences , it had no doubt that the influences to the current account revenue and expenditure occupied the main status. Actually , the influences of the FDI to current account is the result of the Foreign capital enterprise behavior , but not merely through the circulation of capital to realise. Under concrete theory instruction , this article uses the correlation page layout data: current capacity of FDI , cost of the labor force , exchange rate , market scale, open degree , the growth of GDP etc. carring on the relevant analysis on the trade account revenue and expenditure. Thus obtains the influence of FDI to our countrys trading revenue and expenditure; Profits from the international experience, this article analyzes the influences of the FDI profit remittance to our countrys income accounts. After 1990s in our country, the favorable balance of the trading projects from the current account certainly cannot completely regard as is the FDI contribution.(except the year of 1993),but only can sum up to the contribution
