1 第29卷第5期 森 林 工 程 Vo1．29 No．5 2013年9月 F0REST ENGINEERING Sep．，2013 寒冷地区建筑外墙保温技术及施工要点分析 葛贝德，程 桢，鲁春梅，杨化奎 (哈尔滨职业技术学院，哈尔滨150081) 摘 要：随着人们生活水平的提高，对于日常生活居住质量的要求更加严格，在建筑建设系统中，外墙工程质量是建 筑节能发展的重要关键，外墙外保温技术作为一种先进的保温形式，得到用户的广泛认可，但也出现很多问题。特别是在 寒冷地区，容易造成一些工程的一般性或者很少的严重性缺陷。本文对外墙内保温和外墙外保温两种外墙保温技术的特点 进行阐述，对寒冷地区外墙外保温的施工控制进行研究。 关键词：能源；外墙保温技术；施工要点；方案设计；管理深化 中图分类号：S 771；U 491 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1001—005X(2013)05—0124—02 External Thermal Insulation Technology and Analysis on Critical Construction Points in Cold Region Ge Beide，Cheng Zhen，Lu Chunmei，Yang Huakui (Harbin Vocational＆Technical College，Harbin 150081) Abstract：The development of national economic and construction is closely related to the effective use of energy resources．Now— adays，the energy saving system is still imperfect in China．Ahhough the building construction is developing continuously，some de— fects still exist which are hard to be improved．With the improvement of living standards，people has show more strict demand for dwelling quality．In the construction system，exterior wall construction quality is the critical point of energy conservation in building． In this paper，two kinds of external insulation wall techniques including inner and outer heat preservations were illustrated．Outer heat preservations of exterior wall was supposed to be an advanced heat insulation form，which has been widely recognized by users，but it also showed a lot of problems．Especially in cold area，it is easy to cause some generM or rarely severe defects．In this paper，the exterior insulation in cold areas of construction quality control and some aspects of control were studied． Keywords：energy；external wall insulation technology；key point for construction；sc
