摘 要 历经数十年的发展，晋江已成为世界上最大的制鞋工业基地和旅游运动鞋生 产基地之一，但在快速发展背后不可忽视的问题是产品附加值低、核心能力缺失 及环境污染等问题，因此晋江制鞋产业的转型升级已是迫在眉睫的问题。发展之 初，晋江制鞋产业即与全球制鞋价值链紧密地结合在一起，这意味着晋江制鞋产 业的升级必须在全球制鞋价值链的大框架下去讨论，才能认清自身的优劣势及升 级面临的困难，从而找到一条适合晋江制鞋业升级的路径。 本文首先厘清国内外现有的全球价值链理论，探讨了全球价值链的动力机 制、治理模式及升级途径；然后结合全球价值链理论对全球制鞋产业进行分析， 并对几个重要制鞋国的制鞋产业进行概述；紧接着结合实际案例对晋江制鞋产业 的升级路径进行剖析；最后根据晋江制鞋产业的实际情况从几个层面提出升级建 议，为进一步研究晋江制鞋产业提供理论参考和借鉴。 关键词：全球价值链；升级；晋江；制鞋产业 I Abstract Abstract AAbbssttrraacctt After several decades of development, Jinjiang has become the worlds largest base of shoe industry and one of the bases of the sneakers productions, but what can not be ignored behind the rapid development is the low added value, the shortage of the core knowledge, environmental pollution and so on. Therefore, it is extremely urgent to transform and upgrade Jinjiang footwear industry. In the early time of the development, Jinjiang footwear industry has attained closely to the global footwear value chains, which means the upgrading of Jinjiang footwear industry must be discussed under the broad framework of the global footwear value chains to recognize their own strengths and weaknesses and the difficulties facing ,prospecting to find a upgrading path suitable to Jinjiang footwear industry. This paper first clarifies existing theories of global value chains at home and abroad and investigates the dynamic mechanism, governance model and upgrade path of global value chains; then combines with the global value chains theory to analyze the global footwear industry, and has reviews in brief several important countries’s footwear industry; follows by combination of actual cases to analyze the upgrad
