广东服务业外商直接投资影响因素研究.pdfVIP

摘 要 本文从服务业和对外直接投资的相关理论入手，通过实证分析和 计量检验探讨了影响广东服务业外商直接投资的各项因素。在诸因素 中，GDP 和职工平均工资是影响外商直接投资的主要因素，而科技 和人才方面的因素与服务业吸引外资数量的关联性不明显。实证研究 表明，进入广东服务业的外资多为市场寻求类型，以劳动、资金密集 型为主，对劳动力价格的敏感度很高，整体而言广东服务业发展水平 还比较低。针对国际直接投资向服务业倾斜给广东服务业发展带来的 机遇，本文从宏观和微观两个方面提出了政策建议。 关键词：外商直接投资 服务业 广东 影响因素 Abstract This thesis starts with theories about service industry and foreign direct investment (FDI), and then discusses various factors that affect FDI in service industry in Guangdong through econometric method. In these factors, GDP and employees average salary are the main factors that affect FDI. On the other hand, theres inconspicuous association between the factors concerning science and technology and human resources and the FDI that the FDI that flowed into the service industry. The research indicates that FDI in Guangdong service industry is the main type of seeking the market, labor - intensive and capital-intensive, and highly sensitive to the cost of labour. In the lump, the development of service industry in Guangdong is still inferior. With respect to the opportunities brought by more and more FDI in the global service industry, this thesis makes proposal from both macroscopical and microcosmic aspects.
