Abstract
Information technology is the most quickly developed and widely used technology
system in technology history. The global industrial structure has entered the period of
adjustment by extensively applying information technology since the 80s of 20th
century. This thesis tries to discuss how to use the opportunity of informatization to
strategically adjust domestic industrial structure and the essence of informatization,
analyze the evolution mechanism of industrial structure promoting by informatization,
put forward the idiographic tactics of upgrading of our industrial structure under the
informatization-based background.
This thesis states the reason why the global information-based tide rises is the
development of information technology. The essence of informatization is making the
information industry occupy the leading status gradually among national economy
and making the social structure stride forward from industrial society to information
society by exploiting the information resources and extensively applying of the
information technology. Information technology acts on industry makeup, the
employment structure and industry relation by information industrialization and
industry informationization. It also leads to the gradual progress in
informatization-based direction of industrial structure. Its inherent motive force is
technological innovations and changes of demand structure.
Through analysing the state of development of domestic information industry and
problem facing the traditional industrys informatization, the thesis argue that the key
to promote our domestic industrial structure optimization and upgrading lies in
popularizing the application of the informa
