毕业论文 （20_ _届） 基于闭合供应链的小家电逆向物流设计 摘 要 随着资源的减少、环境的不断恶化，人们对环保意识、节能意识的逐渐增强，实现可持续发展势在必行。逆向物流是社会实行可持续发展的一个重要环节之一，闭合供应链的逆向物流越来越受到企业和社会的关注。企业进行闭合供应链的逆向物流是实现企业经济效益和社会效益相统一的有效途径之一。本文立足于企业自身主导的闭合供应链信息系统去研究设计逆向物流网络。从而帮助企业加强逆向物流管理，降低成本，规范操作，提高企业的服务价值，促进企业积极发展。 本文首先对基于闭合供应链的逆向物流在理论上进行简单的分析，对比国内外的研究现状，结合家电行业的特点，分析家电行业实施逆向物流的意义。其次，本文针对不同文献对家电产品逆向物流的研究模型进行分析研究，了解在闭合供应链中家电产品的一些网络运行模式及模型。最后，根据各个研究模型，本文以爱仕达公司为例，进行实地调研，结合对爱仕达公司的SWOT分析，从而设计合适该企业的逆向物流模型。 关键词：闭合供应链；逆向物流；家电行业；SWOT分析；Abstract As with fewer resources and environment worsening, people on the environmental protection consciousness, energy saving consciousness gradually strengthened, and realizing sustainable development is imperative. Reverse Logistics is an important part of the implementation of sustainable development. The closed reverse logistics supply chain concerned by more and more enterprises and social.
