毕业论文 （20_ _届） 企业内部员工支持对汽车销售人员离职意向的研究 摘 要 为了降低汽车销售人员的离职率，也为完善企业内部员工支持管理机制。企业内部员工支持作为员工离职意向的重要影响因素，它与企业员工离职意向的关系，今年来一直被国内外学者所关注，也进行了相应的研究，并取得了一定的成果，但是没有形成一套完整的理论。因此本文将把企业内部员工支持作为一个独变量，探求其与汽车销售人员离职意向间的关系，对推进企业实施内部员工支持管理具有现实意义。 本文研究及其成果，补充了企业内部员工支持与汽车销售人员离职意向关系研究的欠缺；与已有类似成果比较，本文更深层面研究了企业不同的内部员工支持对不同工作年限的汽车销售人员离职意向的影响，在研究变量设置方面较以往有所突破，对于企业内部员工支持与汽车销售人员离职的诱导具有理论价值和现实意义。 关键词：企业内部员工支持；汽车销售人员离职意向；企业内部员工支持维度；数据分析Abstract In order to reduce vehicle sales staff turnover, also for perfecting the enterprise internal support staff management mechanism.
