毕业论文 （20_ _届） 现代市场条件下企业技术创新模式研究 摘 要 在市场全球化、竞争激烈化、需求多元化等特征的现代市场条件下，使得企业之间的竞争越演越烈，其中技术竞争已成为一个重要焦点。显然，对现代企业而言，想要在激烈的市场竞争中获得一席之地，技术创新就成为赢得竞争优势的关键手段。 技术创新是现代企业提升竞争力的关键所在，而技术创新模式则是企业提升技术创新有效性的有力保证。由于市场竞争环境、企业人才优势和行业技术水平等的差异，以至企业实现其有效技术创新的模式是不同的。所以在现代市场条件下，企业应根据自身行业特点、创新能力、行业技术及国家产业政策等，选择适合自身的技术创新模式。 本文以新安化工集团为例，总结分析企业不同条件下技术创新的演变、发展以及模式特征，并在此基础上提出现代市场条件下企业技术创新模式，为相关企业选择技术创新模式提供借鉴和参考。 关键词：技术竞争；创新模式；自主创新；新安化工集团Abstract In a market globalization and competition heady, demand diversity characteristics of the modern market conditions, makes the competition between enterprises turned ugly, between enterprises competition turned ugly, including technical competition has become an important focus.
