Followed ，Cenozoic migrant workers’ living status and employment concept, job satisfaction etc has become a hot social concern. Currently ，with Chinas urbanization propulsion and the development of social economy, the migrant workers in the new group - differentiation of Cenozoic migrantworkers.Because of education status , growth environment, social and cultural factors concerned, Cenozoic employment are presenting a new trend on psychological and working status, etc comparing to the older generation migrant workers. The psychological of Cenozoic migrant workers employment are not mature enough, their employment awareness have changed because of their new philosophy and sense of worth, they are eager to get a job, but often ideal and reality are very different. How should Cenozoic migrant workers adapt to the new era in need of social development? How should Cenozoic migrant workers’ change their employment psychology? Cenozoic migrant workers job satisfaction how to improve, to promote urbanization process steps? How to improve Cenozoic migrant workers’ job satisfaction, so as to promote urbanization process steps? This paper analyzes the present employment psychological and currently working status, taking Cenozoic migrant workers of Ningbo household electrical appliance industry as the research object, by literature reading and on-the-spot questionnaire research. In combination with the characteristics of Ningbo migrant workers, summarizes the conclusion in order to understand the overall work satisfaction and employment psychology of Ningbo Cenozoic migrant workers.
