毕业论文 (20_ _届) 宁波中小企业员工培训现状及对策 摘 要 21世纪,全球进入知识经济时代,人力资源成为第一资源,优秀的员工成为企业赢得竞争优势的关键,员工培训发挥着重要作用,并成为企业发展的战略性要求。唯有重视员工培训,不断增加对员工培训的投入,企业才能在激烈达的竞争中建立优势,有效地实现企业的发展目标。 本文在研究过程中选取宁波部分中小企业作为研究对象,通过问卷和访谈的方法,对企业员工培训的现状进行了调查,结果发现:宁波中小企业开始重视并逐步实施培训,但尚处于初级阶段,缺乏培训经验;培训管理中存在较多不足,如缺乏年度培训计划,不注重培训需求分析,培训内容不全,培训方法单一,缺乏培训效果评估等。本文在分析宁波中小企业员工培训现状及其原因的基础上,从战略高度重视培训,定期组织培训;科学分析培训需求;制定年度培训计等方面,提出了改善员工培训的相应措施。 关键词:;; Abstract 21st century, global access to knowledge economy, human resources become the primary resource, excellent staff become the key competitive advantage, play an important role in staff training and become a strategic business development requirements. Only the emphasis on staff training, increasing investment in staff training, business to the fierce competition of competitive edge, effectively to achieve business development goals. This paper studies the process of selecting some SMEs as research subjects in Ningbo, through a questionnaire and interview research methods, surveys of enterprises to develop on the basis of staff training, the following conclusions: First, the SME training and gradually began to put emphasis on training, But still in its infancy, the lack of some training experience; Second, there are some deficiencies in training, such as the lack of an annual training plan, training fewer; not pay attention to training needs analysis; emphasis on skills training, ignoring the quality of training; training method is too simple; issues such as lack of training effectiveness evaluation. Staff training in the analysis of small and medium enterprises in Ningbo on the basis of status quo and the reasons put forward measures to improve staff training, are: a strategic emphasis on training, regularly organize training; scientific analysis of training needs; development of annual training, almost; enhance the quality of staff training ; choose the right training methods; good training evaluation to improve the quality of training.
