外资企业阿克苏诺贝尔宁波公司跨文化冲突现状及其对策研究
摘 要
随着经济全球化的步伐不断地加快,中国与世界的联系越来越紧密。越来越多的跨国企业入驻我国。无论是欧美企业还是港台资企业,都面临着跨文化管理的挑战。这个问题同时也成为学术界关注的焦点问题。它是否可以妥善解决,不但关系到企业的可持续发展,而且在很大程度上影响我国未来经济的健康和稳定发展。在中国文化与他国文化并存的组织环境中,很多跨文化公司在进入中国不久就面临一个跨文化管理问题,问题小的成为困扰公司的障碍,威胁到公司运作过程中的效率和有效性,问题大的则形成文化上的冲突,甚至可以颠覆整个公司关键词As the economy continued to accelerate the pace of globalization the relations of China and the Word are more and more inseparable. More and more multinational companies settled in China. Wether business in Europe or Hong Kong and Taiwan-funded enterprises, are faced with the challenge of cross-cultural management. This issue also has become the focus of academic attention. Wether it can be properly related ,not only related to the sustainable development of enterprises, but also to affect the health and stability. In the Chinese cultural and other culturals coexist in the organizational cross-cultural companies face to a problem of cross-cultural management to enter China in soon later .It can become an obstacle of the companies and threat the effectiveness of the process.
The problem is the formation of a large cultural conflict, or even subvert the entire company. The research methods are combined qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, and quantitative research is the way that it through the questionnaire study. In the first part of the introduction, proposed the social background, the purpose and significant the topics. In the second part, we introduce the basic concepts of cross-cultural confict and the international research on cross-cultural conflict. In the third part, introducing the background and business management of AkzoNobel Chemicala (NingBo) Co.LTD.The fourth and fifth part, focusing on the study desing and data ananlyisis of cross-cultural conflict, which main factors are impact the Akzo. Finally,there is a suggestion to resolve the problem of Akzonobel’s cultural conflict and make the company to stable and sustainable development.
