毕业论文 (20_ _届) 温州中小鞋企员工耐挫力研究 摘 要 享有“中国鞋都”之称的温州,是中国最大的鞋业制造基地。温州的中小企业数量众多,占全部制鞋企业总数的70%以上,中小鞋企的快速健康发展,对促进就业、增加税收、带动地方经济发展、推进科技创新与进步都有着不可磨灭的作用。然而,由于中小鞋企资金有限、规模较小,员工数量也较少,企业对员工管理缺乏一定的系统认识和规划发展,导致中小制鞋企业的员工流动性较强,员工流失率较高,不仅使企业人工招聘成本增加,更影响企业的长期稳定发展和利益;另外,深圳富士康员工的频频跳楼轻生事件使得员工的心理健康管理提到了企业、社会的责任管理日程上,而在这些员工当中,大部分都是年轻的80、90后,新生代员工在一线基层岗位上心理需求的满足对企业的稳定快速发展将起着至关重要的作用,因此做好基层员工的心理健康管理工作对企业的发展意义非凡。 本文将通过研究温州部分中小鞋企员工耐挫力的现状,结合问卷调查的方式对目前温州中小鞋企员工心理耐挫力情况实施调研,通过问卷结果和访谈所得分析提出相应的企业员工压力管理建议和措施,探寻新生代员工的心理需求,从而提高温州中小鞋企员工的心理健康水平,增加员工的就业稳定性,逐步改善中小企业员工管理模式,使中小鞋企保持更加旺盛的生命力和存活力。 关键词:Abstract Entitled Chinese shoes said the Wenzhou, is the largest shoe manufacturing base.
