毕业论文 （20_ _届） 宁波市中小企业融资难问题的研究 摘 要 中小企业是推动我国经济发展的重要力量。2010年作为经济复苏时期重要的一年，在政府宏观政策调控下，中小企业也逐渐从金融危机的阴影中走出来了，但是，由于很多各种错综复杂的原因仍干扰着中小企业的发展，融资难的问题也就显得日益突出，而且不可能在短时间得到根本的解决。 本文通过对宁波市中小企业融资问卷调查，从服务业和制造业入手进行问卷调查，通过两者不同类型的比较，找出中小企业自身缺陷，发掘融资困难的原因，提出能切实可行的建议措施，解决中小企业融资困难的问题。 本论文共分为5个部分。第一部分是导论，阐述所研究的主题及其研究意义，并随目前国内外现状、全文构架、演技方法及其创新之处作简要的说明。第二部分是对宁波中小企业融资问题进行调查分析。阐述两种不同类型的企业存在什么样的差异，在处理这些差异时的应对措施；第三部分是对宁波中小企业融资难问题进行原因分析，通过对中小企业内部原因分析和外部原因分析，得出所需的数据，对数据进行比较分析；第四部分是通过内部原因分析和外部原因分析，对中小企业融资难提出对策和措施。 关键词： Abstract As we all know, small and medium-sized enterprises to promote the economic development of China is an important force.2010 as a period of important year for economic recovery, in the government’s control of macroeconomic policy, small and medium-sided enterprises also gradually go out from the shadow of the financial crisis. But, because lots of various complicated reasons still interfered with small and medium-sided enterprise’s development, difficulty of financing problems will become increasingly prominent, and it cann’t be solution in a short time. This article through with the smes’ financing questionnaire of Ningbo, starting with the questionnaire of the services and manufacturing this two sectors. Through two different types of comparison, find out small and medium-sized enterprises’ defects, explore the reasons of financing difficulties, proposes feasible suggestions and measures, solving financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises problems.
