毕业论文 （20_ _届） 宁波港口物流发展模式与策略研究 摘 要 宁波港作为中国重点开发建设的港口之一，是我国对外贸易的重要港口和海运中转枢纽，也是世界重要的港口。宁波又是中国经济发达的城市之一，随着运输网络的不断完善，有助于宁波港开拓省内外腹地，加速港口经济和国际集装箱运输的发展。宁波大力发展港口物流有助于促进港口现代化建设、宁波区域经济的发展和城市竞争力的提升。 在这样的背景下，宁波港口存在资源缺少、设施不完善、人才缺乏等问题。本文主要基于长江三角洲港口群物流系统的视角，从港口战略联盟方向研究，提出应建立起以大宁波港为主，上海港为辅的战略联盟合作发展模式,全面提升港口物流业的发展水平。本文从宁波港口物流的发展现状出发，结合其自身的优劣势，提出制定加快基础设施建设，引进专业化人才，加强邻近港口合作等的策略。 关键词：Abstract Ningbo port as China key development and construction of port is one of Chinas foreign trade important port and Marine transshipment hub, and it is also the important port. Ningbo is one of the developed cities in China. Along with the continuous improvement of the transportation network, it is useful to increase economic inlands, and accelerate the port economy and international container transportation development. Developing Ningbo port logistics vigorously can promote Ningbo port modern construction and the development of regional economy, also improve urban competitiveness. But in this background, Ningbo port still have some problems such as unperfected facilities, lack of resource and human resource. This paper mainly based on the Yangtze River delta harbor group of logistics system from the Angle of strategic alliance, port direction from the big Ningbo port should give priority to, port of Shanghai as the auxiliary strategic alliance cooperation development mode, and comprehensively upgrade port logistics development. And from Ningbo port logistics present situation, and combined with its own advantages and disadvantages, making some policies, such as expediting infrastructure construction, introduction of professional talent, strengthen adjacent port cooperation and so on.
