毕业论文 （20_ _届） 宁波大学生就业现状、问题与对策研究 摘 要 随着近年来高等教育机构不断扩招，每年的大学毕业生人数随之增长，现在我国大学毕业生就业困难这个严酷的客观事实已经摆在我们面前。虽然社会各界都在努力尝试着解决，缓解了一部分就业矛盾，但是却难以在短时间内从根本上解决大学生就业难这一难题。 本文主要研究目前大学生就业现状，从大学生自身，政府、社会、学习以及市场各个方面对大学生就业的影响，其中遇到的问题以及我们应该如何应对。通过调查研究，体现出现阶段大学生的就业情况极其严峻，而且这已经不仅是关乎大学生个人的生存问题，同时也对家庭、社会都有着深远的影响。比如：人才的浪费，教育资源的浪费，社会的稳定等，所以解决大学生就业问题便是当务之急。通过研究这些大学生的就业现状及问题，并找到产生这些问题的原因。从政府、社会、学校以及劳动力市场，各个层面总结出相关对策，尽最大的努力帮助和解决就业问题，以便大学应届毕业生的就业得到保证，更好的迈向社会。 关键词：应届大学生；就业问题；相关对策 Abstract Along with the higher education institutions enrollment expansion，The university graduate population grows day by day. At present our country college graduates employment difficulties, Has become a nots allow to ignore to the objective facts, Although the community diligently is attempting, already alleviated the part to be contradictory, but actually with difficulty in a short time fundamentally solves the university student to get employed the difficult this difficult problem. This article mainly studied the university student to get employed the present situation, the question and the countermeasure, the present stage university student employment status extremely is stern, gets employed difficultly already was not only individual survival question, simultaneously to the family, the society has the profound influence, for instance talented persons waste, educational resources waste, society stable and so on. Therefore solves the university student to get employed the question to be imperative. Through studies these employment present situation and the question, finds reason which these questions exist. From the government, the social school and the market stratification plane discovers the related countermeasure, may make best effort to help them, causes the university graduating to live the employment to obtain the guarantee, better trend society.
