毕业论文 （20_ _届） 浙江省在国际贸易中加强知识产权保护的研究 摘 要 在知识经济时代，知识产权对经济增长和国际贸易的作用日渐重大，知识产权的国际保护也成为各国高度重视的热点问题。知识产权保护中存在的不足会直接导致企业在对外贸易中遭遇某些不公，如何充分保护自身的知识产权以及防御外部知识产权的威胁成为每个国家和地区面临的重要任务。 浙江，作为中国的经济强省，其经济发展一直以快速、稳健而闻名，关键词：Abstract In the times of knowledge economy, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) play an important role in the development of world economy and international trade. The Protection of the IPR also becomes the hot discussion along many countries. For the enterprises, some shortages in the protection of the IPR will directly lead to injustice in the foreign trade. How to protect own intellectual property right as well as defend the outside IPR threats are important missions of every country or area. Zhejiang, as a province of China, has powerful economic advantages. It is famous for its quick and stable economic development. With the rapid growth of Zhejiang’s foreign trade, intellectual property rights disputes cause more and more trade frictions. These issues are not conducive to the Zhejiang provinces foreign trade activities, and harm the trade benefits of Zhejiang enterprises. Therefore, we must strength the protection of the IPR to foster the development of Zhejiang’s foreign trade well and rapidly. The first part of this paper illustrates the importance of Intellectual Property protection in terms of economics and trade. The middle part is the key of the whole paper. It analyzes the situation about Zhejiang enterprises’ Intellectual Property protection in international trade. Besides, it analyzes America and Japan’s legal practices of the IPR and summary their useful experience which is beneficial to Zhejiang’s trade. In the last part, the government and enterprises put forward with some countermeasures to improve Zhejiang’s Intellectual Property protection.
