外文翻译 原文 Analysis on Informalization Management of Processing Trade in China Material Source: 2010 International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Cognitive Informatics Author: Yiqun Li, Li Xiong Abstract—the informational management of processing trade in China is studied in this paper based on the business processes, the features and real issues of information management. Through analyzing the current situation of processing trade with a developing vision, the composition of information management systems are explored. Furthermore, some related initiatives are proposed to optimize information management in processing trade, such as sharing information, systematic integration, collaborative work and countermeasures. Keywords- processing trade, information management, cyber supervision I INTRODUCTION Processing trade simply means that all or parts of the rawand auxiliary materials are imported under bond from abroad, and manufactured goods are exported after processed or assembled by the domestic enterprises, which specifically can be divided into C.M.T. (cut, make and trim) and processing imported materials. Compared with the general trade, the processing trade is fully bonded and import taxes free including customs duties and VAT (value-added taxes).Meanwhile, there is a certain tax refund in the processing trade in China, such as domestic materials and parts. The goods of processing trade must be completely re-exported to cancel after verification. Therefore, the regulations of Customs Department for the processing trade are stricter and more complex. With the use of information technology in processing trade management, there are some critical issues in promoting the whole of this industry, such as how to efficiently use and develop information resource and how to further improve the operational mechanism of processing trade.
