毕业论文 （20_ _届） 技术性贸易壁垒对浙江农产品贸易出口影响分析 摘 要 浙江省地处长江三角洲，是中国重要的沿海省份，同时也是重要的农产品出口省份。加入WTO以后，浙江省农产品的出口得到了良好的发展机会。但是，在有机遇的同时也存在着危险。农产品出口企业呈现“多”、“小”、“散”的局势，出口产品缺乏严格的检测标准，对农药的使用缺少规定，使出口的农产品在国际竞争中缺乏竞争力。一些发达国家为了维护自己的利益，推出一系列技术性贸易壁垒，如日本的“肯定列表”，欧盟和美国也相继推出不同的检验检测标准。这一系列的标准，使浙江的农产品出口受到严重的阻碍。浙江省超过30%的农产品出口受到国外TBT的影响，其中以欧盟、美国和日本最为突出。因此，研究农产品出口TBT对对外贸易的发展和促进浙江经济稳步增长起到一个推动作用。 本文通过定性的分析方法，分析技术性贸易壁垒对浙江农产品出口的影响，研究由此带来的不利后果。同时通过对个别成功企业的案例分析，更加了解TBT的一些具体表现和企业的成功经验。在此基础上提出相应的政策建议，对于促进浙江省农产品出口贸易长期稳定发展具有重要的意义。 关键词：Abstract Zhejiang Province is located in Yangtze River delta, is one of the important coastal provinces in China, and in the meanwhile is one of the important agriculture export provinces. After joining WTO, the export of agricultural products in Zhejiang obtained the good development opportunities. However, opportunities also exist in the risk. Agriculture export enterprises present the situation of much, small, smallness. The lack of strict export product testing standards, the lack of regulations on the use of pesticides, making the export of agricultural products is lack of competitiveness in international competition. Some of develop countries introduced a series of technical trade barriers, such as Japan’s “positive list”, the European Union and the United States have also introduced different test testing standards. The series of standards made than 30% of Zhejiang agricultural export products are under the impact of TBT by the foreign; among them with the European Union, the United States and Japan are the most obvious. Therefore, the study of agricultural exports TBT has played a catalytic role in the development of foreign trade and promoting steady economic growth of Zhejiang Province. This article analyze technical trade barriers on agricultural exports of Zhejiang Province, study the resulting adverse consequences through qualitative analysis. At the same time, there is a better understanding of some of the specific performance of TBT and some success in business through
