毕业论文 （20_ _届） 绿色贸易壁垒对宁波纺织服装出口的影响和对策 摘 要 随着国际贸易摩擦的增多，绿色贸易不断被一些国家用于非关税壁垒领域，而形成绿色壁垒。近年来，随着国际贸易的发展和贸易竞争的加剧，贸易保护主义开始盛行。尤其在世界环境管理日益加强和消费者的环境意识逐渐提高的背景下，绿色壁垒有逐渐发展扩大的趋势，成为一种重要的非关税壁垒形式，对我国对外贸易产生了很大的影响。 本文阐述了宁波纺织服装出口的现状和绿色壁垒对其的影响，从而找出宁波纺织服装出口的问题所在，比如：创新型国际性人才缺乏应对国际贸易摩擦的能力不足 关键词：Abstract With the increase of international trade friction, green trade non-tariff barriers continue to be used in areas of some countries, so the formation of Green Barriers. In recent years, with the development of international trade and trade competition, trade protectionism has become popular. Especially, with the environmental management in the world are increasing environmental awareness and the gradual increase in the consumer context,and the Green Barriers have gradually developed the trend of expansion.It become an important in the form of non-tariff barriers, and have a great impact for Chinas foreign trade. This paper describes the textile and garment export in status of Ningbo and Green Barriers affect Ningbo .So I can find the problems of Ningbo exports of textile and clothing, for example: lack of innovative international talent, the ability of independent innovation not strong, the ability to handle international trade frictions less, shortage of funds, financing difficulties, the competitive brands is still weak. From the analysis of Green Barrier and the problem of Ningbo, I find the countermeasure: Raise awareness of Green Barriers, renew ideas, strengthening human resources, vigorously implement the brand strategy, efforts to build its own brand, pursue implementation of green certification standards,R D green products,full use of WTO rules,improve the environmental regulations and technical standards,depth development of traditional markets,actively explore new markets,strategy of market diversification.So we can accelerate further the export textile and garment industry development and international competitiveness of Ningbo,.promote the whole urban economy of Ningbo improvement
