毕业论文 （20_ _届） 浙江民营企业参与中国境外经贸合作区的风险分析和对策 摘 要 浙江经济快速发展成了中国经济发展的一大亮点，而浙江民营企业快速发展又是浙江经济的一大特色，也是浙江体制和机制优势的集中体现。2006年下半年，商务部筹资200亿元在多个国家建立境外经济贸易合作区，作为我国实施“走出去”战略的一项重要举措现阶段。面对经济全球化和国际国内市场竞争日趋激烈的发展大趋势，浙江民营企业参与中国境外经贸合作区是势在必行。目前，虽然有一部分民营企业成功地参与其中，但从整体上看浙江民营企业参与境外经贸合作区的发展还存在着诸多困难。比如经济风险、政治风险和来自企业内部的风险等。如果浙江民营企业要想谋求更深层次的发展，必须大胆谨慎地制订应对各种风险的对策，发挥“自强不息、坚忍不拔、勇于创新、讲求实效”的浙江精神，才能在风险中立于不败之地。 通过本文的研究，要更好地建设和发展境外经贸合作区，我国政府还要进一步做好以下工作，要加强对境外经贸合作区建设的规划、协调和指导及争取更多的优惠正常，积极扶持解决融资难的问题；就开发区层面来讲，要加大对经贸合作区的宣传和推广及对经贸合作区要准确定位；就企业层面来讲，要加强跨文化培训并以在经贸区内建立企业集群模式以更号发展并重视对跨国经营人才的培养。 关键词：Abstract Zhejiang rapid economic development has become a major attraction of Chinas economic development, and the rapid development of private enterprises in Zhejiang Province is a major characteristic of Zhejiang economy, Zhejiang embodies the advantages of systems and mechanisms.
